Clamp Advent Rings

Clamp Advent Rings

1. Advent rings are assembled in the same fashion as are wreaths.

2. Longer material (approx. 1") is required in the clips preceding the candle holders. Longer material in these clips compensates for the wider spacing required for candle holders.

Arches, Horizontal Swags & Mantels

1. Many specialty shapes such as arches, mantels and horizontal swags are assembled in a similar fashion. First, one clip must be selected as the preferred place for a bow. Often this is the center, but sometimes the bow is offset from center.

2. Materials are placed in clips working in toward the "bow clip."

Clamp Evergreen Wreaths
Cutting Your Greenery

* Cutting of your boughs is one of the most important steps in making a wreath. Boughs should be cut as close to the same length as possible. 8-10 inches in length works well for a 12 inch wreath ring.

Making Your Wreath

Clamp Evergreen Wreath Rings
1. Place your ring on the Machine so that one clamp is in the grooves of the jaws.

2. Then Gather a handful of boughs and place in this clip. Keep in mind that fuller handfuls make fuller wreaths.

3. Repeat for each following clip, placing each new handful so that it covers the preceding clip. When you get to the last clip, gently pull back your first bunch of boughs back so that you can tuck the final handful in to place.

4. You can finish your wreath by adding bows, ribbons, beads, pine cones or any other decorations to finish your wreath.
